Training “7 Secrets of Effective Parenting”

A training for men who want to become conscious, involved, and influential fathers.

Training Goal

This is a practical two-day training that helps men better understand themselves in the role of a father, identify their strengths and weaknesses, create a personal fatherhood plan, and develop emotional and spiritual connection with their children. The program is suitable both for experienced fathers and for those preparing for fatherhood, regardless of their background or worldview.

What problems does the program address?

Lack of inner confidence in the father’s role - participants gain awareness of the value and power of their influence.
Inability to build a relationship with one’s child — the training provides simple tools for understanding the child, active listening, and genuine care.
Disrupted balance between work and family - participants learn how to find a healthy rhythm of fatherhood in real life.
Lack of a practical action plan - each participant creates a personal “fatherhood plan” to apply in everyday life.
