Restart for Couples

A program designed for married couples who wish to bring freshness into their relationship, restore emotional intimacy, better understand one another, and deepen their connection.

Training Goal

"Restart for Couple" is a program designed to refresh love, understanding, and partnership, whether a couple is enjoying a healthy relationship or going through a crisis. The goal is to create a safe space for honest dialogue, communication practices, and reflection on key aspects of married life.

Which issues does the program address?

Lack of inner confidence in one’s role as a father – participants recognize the value and power of their influence.
Inability to build a relationship with a child – the training provides simple tools for understanding the child, active listening, and care.
Disrupted balance between work and family – participants learn to find the right rhythm of fatherhood in real life.
Lack of a practical action plan – each participant develops their own personal “dad plan” to apply in everyday life.

Program Uniqueness

● Based on the research of American psychologist Ken Canfield.● Unique two-day format: a shared evening with wives + a full men’s day.● Exercises that help participants reflect on their own fatherhood experience.● Universal approach — suitable for both Christian and secular audiences.

What competencies does it develop?

- The ability to better understand your child and be present.
- Skills in active listening and providing support.
