1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) has been prepared in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (available at: http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17) and establishes the principles and procedures governing the processing of personal data, as well as the measures implemented to ensure the security and protection of such data by the NGO “Academy of Family and Relationships” (the “Operator”).
1.1.
The Operator considers the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals in connection with the processing of their personal data to be a fundamental principle of its activities. This includes, in particular, the protection of the right to privacy and the confidentiality of personal and family life.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise, including the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, updating, modification, retrieval, use, disclosure, transfer, dissemination, provision of access, anonymization, restriction or blocking of processing, deletion, or destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator
A legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and organizes and/or carries out such processing.
2.8. Personal Data
Any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the Website.
2.9. User
Any individual who visits or uses the Website.
2.10. Provision of personal data
Any action intended to disclose personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
